Oakcliff Sailing Hosting "Water Lover's Mixer"

The Oakcliff Sailing Center of Oyster Bay will be hosting a "Water Lovers Mixer" to help local sailors - and aspiring sailors - connect with the North Shore area sailing and racing scene.

Oakcliff urges local boating enthusiasts to "dive into the aquatic community" at the mixer - scheduled for Friday, April 26th from 6 to 8PM. The mixer is being held at the Oakcliff Sailing Center, 4 South St, Oyster Bay, NY 11771,

Admission is free, and the event is tailored for racers, cruisers, sailors, boat owners, aspiring crew members, and all water enthusiasts eager to enhance their on-the-water experiences.

"Whether you're a seasoned sailor or a newcomer to the nautical world, this mixer offers the perfect opportunity to meet potential crew members, connect with boat owners, and plan your summer adventures on the water," stated Oakcliff Sailing in a release. "Join us at the for an evening of mingling, networking, and forging connections with like-minded individuals who share a passion for the water."

Supporting sponsors for the Mixer are: Friends of the Bay, Oyster Bay Community Rowing, Cold Spring Harbor Beach Club and Seawanhaka Yacht Club.

Oakcliff Sailing is a non-profit organization founded in 2010. Their mission is to develop competitive sailors and advance the sport and practice of sailing in the United States.

Oakcliff offers training programs and hosts regattas while fostering leadership skills through sailing.
