Brick Courtyard Ribbon-Cutting and Reception

The Trustees of the Locust Valley Library hosted a reception at the library on Sunday, November 19th to thank all of the folks who purchased bricks for the new courtyard that graces the side entrance. In his remarks, President Chad Brisbane also singled out Peter DeFilippo for donating the bronze read- ing boy statue, Christopher Vaughan for the new mahogany bench (his Eagle Scout project), Ken Dowd for designing the courtyard, and trustee Michelle Sbiroli for her leadership of the project.
