BELLAVITA, Anthony J. Formerly of Glen Cove N.Y. on January 14, age 56. Son of the late John and Dolly. Brother of John and Joseph and the late Louise, uncle of Brienne. Avid bowler in the Monday Bellavita League and the Wednesday Bellavita League. Visitation at the Funeral Home of Dodge-Thomas, Glen Cove Fri 2/1/13 5-6pm. Reflections 6-7pm. Interment private.  CAPOBIANCO, Mary T. nee Maccarone, formerly of Locust Valley, NY on January 27, aged 92. Beloved wife of the late Lewis J. Loving mother of Lewis J. (Karen), Joseph S. (Barbara) and Robert J. (Ann). Proud grandmother of 8 and great grandmother of 4. Mary was a member of the Glen Cove Sons of Italy Lodge 1016, St. Rocco's Church Choir, Locust Valley Senior Citizens Club and the Locust Valley Senior Bowling League. Mary enjoyed volunteering at Locust Valley Elementary School, she was a former banquet waitress at the Harrison House. She was an integral part of the St. Rocco annual summer feast, a true people person who loved to cook and entertain friends and family. Mary was always happiest when her house was full of company. Visitation at the Funeral Home of Dodge-Thomas Glen Cove Thursday 7-9pm; Friday 3-5 & 7-9pm. Mass at the Church of St. Rocco Saturday 9am. Interment Locust Valley Cemetery.

ELLIOTT, Frank J. – on Jan. 28,  age 87, of Oyster Bay, NY.  Beloved husband of Rachel. Loving father of George (Felicia). Cherished grandfather of Kristen and Lauren. KETCHAM, Albert, age 93, graveside services were conducted on Sunday,, January 27, at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens with Pastor Alex Hoffner officiing.  Mr. Ketcham passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 23,at Southern Tennessee Medical Center in Winchester, TN. Al was born August 21, 1919 in Locust Valley, New York the son of the late Charles A. Ketcham and Hilda Johnson Ketcham. He spent most of his adult life in New York, a fact that he was very proud of. When asked where he was from, he would often stretch out his arm and demonstrate the numerous locations he and his wife, Muriel had visited and lived. Since her death in July 2009, whenever he spoke of his loving bride, Muriel, he would always say “60 years, 10 months, 10 days, and the love story continues.” If you had the opportunity to meet Al, he would try to teach you his famous “train whistle.”  In earlier years, he was an avid bowler, cabinet maker and at one point, a volunteer fireman. He enjoyed playing dominos and participating in the handbell choir at Trinity Lutheran Church, where he was a member for over 15 years. In addition to his parents and his wife, Muriel Alice Ketcham, he is preceded in death by a sister, Ellen Blessin. Survivors include two daughters, Elise Farris and husband, Herman of Manchester; and Elaine Ketcham Caltrider and husband, Lou of Apex, NC; 5 grandchildren, Jason Laxson and wife, Tiffany; Becky Shelton and husband, Glenn; Karen Gold and husband, Phil; Eric Horton and wife, Mojan and Bryan Horton and wife, Lindsay; nine great-grandchildren; Kristen Shelton; Alexandria Shelton; Emily Shelton; Brandy Gold; Hunter Gold; Kamyar Horton; Lily Laxson; Neysan Horton and Edward Horton; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and loving friends. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church-Music Program, 705 Wilson Avenue, Tullahoma, TN 37388.
 
RUPPERT, Joseph. Formerly of Sea Cliff, N.Y. on January 20, age 52. Son of the late Nina Wilson (nee Stanco). Also survived by many first cousins. Member of the Glen Cove Moose Lodge. Memorial Service at St. John's of Lattingtown Saturday February 2nd, at 11:00am. Interment private.

THOMPSON, Lois – on Jan. 27, age 92, Lifelong resident of East Norwich, NY. Beloved wife of the late William M. Sr. Loving mother of Cornell (JoAnn), and the late William P. (Lou Ann). Cherished grandmother of Dawn Arenella (Steve), Susan Caruso, Jennifer Nemeth (Bob), William J., Michelle Casey (Rich), Brian, and Katie. Proud great grandmother of Zachary, Charlie, Andi, Allison, Brandon, Lucas, and Lily.  Visiting was at Oyster Bay Funeral Home, Funeral Service was held at Community United Methodist Church of East Norwich, Wednesday.  Interment Memorial Cemetery of St. John's Church, Laurel Hollow, NY.
