HARRISON, Amey M., of Mill Neck, on January 15. Died peacefully at home after a brief illness. Born in Providence, RI to the late Mr. and Mrs. H. A. Mackinney. Survived by her husband of 56 years, Randolph; children: Randolph Jr., Alec, Lisa Lemmon and a brother, Harold Jr. Also surviving are her six grandchildren, two nieces, and a nephew. HEMPTON, Thomas J., of Oyster Bay, formerly of Glen Cove. Devoted son and brother. "Tom" to many of his friends and relatives, was a lifelong sailor and a Past Commodore of the Glen Cove Yacht Club, where he served as a board member for over thirty years. He will be fondly remembered for his contributions to both the social life and success of the club. Tom was also well-known to his friends as a history buff and a movie aficionado, and his humor and friendship will be greatly missed. He is survived by his mother Jeanne, sisters Susan Hempton of Glen Cove, and Lynn Cassavoy (Alan) of St. Albans, Vermont, nieces Erin and Amy, and many cousins. Tom is predeceased by his father John T. Hempton. Visitation was held at Dodge-Thomas Funeral Home. Service was held at St. Paul's Episcopal Church. Interment Private.
