Bird and Banding Breakfast, Saturday, February 18, 9 - 9:30am ages 12 plus. Learn how birds are captured and banded, why it is important to understanding their health, migration, and ecology, and possibly even have a chance to help with the release of thse delicate creatures. Museum Sculpture Park, open same hours as the museum. More than 50 works by renowned artists, many of them monumental in size, are situated to interact with nature on the magnificent 145 acre property.
NOTE: The museum is always looking for volunteers and is especially interested in hearing from potential volunteers with experience in retail selling and particularly those who would be available to staff the Museum Store on weekends.
