TOWNSEND, Jean C. resident of Sea Cliff, for 60 years; on October 26, age 89. Beloved wife of the late George C. Loving mother of Alan C. (Eleanor) and David H. Dear sister of Carol Kenif. Proud grandmother of Scott, George and
Heather. Special great-grandmother of
Dylan, Ryan and Amelia. Devoted companion of Donald Allmann. Jean was the former proprietor of Wincox Liquor Store of Sea Cliff for 18 years. Jean enjoyed her weekly Bridge Club. She was a long-time member of the St. Luke's Choir and was a Sunday School Teacher. Visitation and service held at the Funeral Home of Dodge-Thomas.
