Accident on Bayville Road

At approximately 2:10 in the early morning hours of October 3, a vehicle was involved in a single vehicle motor vehicle accident on Bayville Avenue. Amazingly, even though the vehicle overturned during the accident, the driver only suffered minor injuries. Upon learning of the accident, both the Bayville Fire Company and the Nassau County Police Department promptly responded to the scene to assist the driver and investigate the cause of the crash. The driver was transported via ambulance to the Nassau County Medical Center. No information regarding the investigation into the accident was available as of press time.
